Advanced user of ConfirmitWhat do you like best?
The degree of customisation and adaptation is enormous. With Javascript adjustments, you can make customisations that are not available in most other survey tools. This helps with data processing before the survey i send out for example. But also adjustments can be done. The support is always helpful. Had very few instances where Confirmit had been to blame for any errors that occurred.
What do you dislike?
It takes time to learn how everything works. The original authoring designer is not as intuitive as one would like. The new survey designer is a lot more intuitive. So it's nice to be able to switch between. But once you have learned the original authoring, it does what you want it to do.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Customer surveys we have mainly used it for. But also registration forms and research purposes. A bit of all. But for the customer surveys, we build in an extra loop with quality checks where Confirmit was the only nordic survey company that was able to deliver, without any customisations, just using functions out of the box.
