HRSoft is very intuitive and easy to use.
What do you like best?
It was effortless and intuitive for leaders to go thru the compensation process and worksheets with very little guidance.
Resources assigned to help us with our implementation were above and beyond and exceeded our expectations.
We recieved very positive feedback from users on how easy it was to use and how much they liked the system.
The system was very accomodating to any requests we had and the changes were completely very quickly.
Reporting cability was very robust and easy to use for both administrators and users.
Compensation statements were configurable and easy to use, it was well organized and users were able to run it for their team without help from admnistrators.
Transition and training was also very seamless from the HRsoft team to our team. We were given the option to take on my administrative takes if we have the bandwidth and they will provide us with necessary training.
They have a self service module which allows us to keep down cost by minimizing dependency on HRsoft, which we are exploring.
What do you dislike?
I would like to see some automation in the future from HRSoft into our Payroll system for a completely hands-off process.
Automation from our HR system into HRsoft would be nice so we do not need to create data files.
Honestly, there are not much downsides to using HRSoft, I would highly recommend the products they offer. We had a great expereince with the team and they were all very knowledgeable and experts.

I would highly recommend HRSoft as a partner to anyone who needs a user-friendly, robust compensation product.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Our delivered compensation solution had many limitations, which were all solved by switching to HRsoft. Ease of use, support, and efficiency/flexibility of the system were all benefits.
