Great tool!

What do you like best?

The tool is very flexible in getting the functionality we want for different countries and different processes. We didn't have to change any of our processes to use the tool. We also get a great support team to help with our launch every year and the support/ resolution is super quick.

What do you dislike?

We have used the tool for the second year and there are no specific issues with the tool. It is very flexible to needs of our organization.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have cut down use of excels and sending of salary info back and forth on emails. We have a common place where all salary data is stored and is a historical repository ... we are able to do a lot of analytics on how the budgets are being used in different cuts all on the tool. The biggest benefit culturally we have been able to get with this tool is to make managers accountable for their teams and make wise use of the available budgets
