What do you like best?

I like the the layout which is very versatile and easy to navigate. Its great because we can really deeply measure threats by area, market geography etc and makes everything readily available to our fingertips. improves productivity, which in turn helps make an impact. helps identify different threats and make it easy to figure out how to beat them. which is what we aim for!

What do you dislike?

Lacking the auto update feature, especially for us. our department has to shut down systems for about 1 hour for it to be updated - which wastes time

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Helping us with our productivity, and also makes us very on our toes as provides constant updates on various areas in the business - marketing, sales etc. keeps everyone informed and in the loop.
