It has allowed me to install an online chat on my websites to achieve better communication with the users of my websites, in addition, the installation process is quite easy, fast and simple to perform only enough to perform a few initial configurations and it is ready to use without any problems, in addition, this chat not only works perfectly for text conversations, but also has the particularity that it allows me to establish communications via video calls or teleconferences with a very Good resolution

What do you dislike?

It is somewhat expensive for startups, and their customer service is quite slow to respond to my requests (however simple they may be).

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It has served me to add new functionalities to my websites, so that they can communicate through the same digital platform, without having to redirect to email or to send me messages through a contact form and then I contact them with the answer, now, thanks to the integration I can answer everything immediately through the same web page ...
