What do you like best?

Easy to integrate into your sign up flow. Results come back in a matter of seconds and the scoring systems allows for quick decisions and determination of the factors that need further review. Have achieved higher rates of approval using Cognito than other ID vendors I've used.

What do you dislike?

Wish the individual KYC component scoring was visible on the Cognito dashboard. Really excited to see the updates to the watchlist monitoring. Also wish they were one product or at least pitched together in the sales calls. As well some clarity into the sources used would be great, understood this is proprietary and like the "special sauce" but when working with partner banks they need more details for regulators and not being able to talk to them about the data sources doesnt help the case of getting the vendor/vendor management approved

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Very easy to set up and integrate. Great support team and Dev team to trouble shoot any issues. Really easy to work with (software and people). Have achieved higher auto pass rates using Cognito Identity Verification than with any other ID verification program I've used. Fair pricing and the results are worth it. Dashbord is also easy to work with and to decipher the results. Overall a great platform and with more improvements to come this could be the best Identity Verification vendor out there

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have realized quicker verifications and a higher percentage in approved applicants over other Identity Verification vendors. We have also noticed less applicants being queued for manual review and instead auto approved.
