Good, but it's no Google.

What do you like best?

Cludo's interface is fairly easy to use. Easy to tailor results and set rankings.

What do you dislike?

Site search performing poorly is our most-received complaint about our website from our users. They expect it to perform just as well as Google or Bing. Cludo has said that the largest reason we're seeing poor results is because the quality of our content (my team consists of two people and many web authors creating content for nearly 20,000 pages).

It seems that my team and I have to practically tailor every result to make sure it's returning relevant pages, and we frankly don't have time for that.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Definitely evaluate your options. Google and Azure both offer very competitive offerings, especially considering their price points.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We had an aging Google Search Appliance that we were using beyond its EOL. The appliance had a very sticky cache and it became unreliable when crawling pages.
