Do your homework. Compare Clubspeed to other providers, and ask lots of questions. Clubspeed has not always been the best at selling the system, and some of the competitors over promise significantly. Do reference checks and find out how people are actually using the software. How you use the software makes a world of difference. Take the time to outline all the requirements so that it can be configured correctly to meet all your requirements.
