CloudSuite HCM is a software that allows the user to have access to several capital management ways

What do you like best?

Data security on this software is high end and makes it sure no breach is made. Reviews management can be done on this software that allows a user to have a good overview of the demands of the customer and mold the business accordingly. Multiple channels and stores can be effectively managed on this software removing the need of multiple software not only decreasing the load on the system but also making the whole process a whole lot less hectic and time efficient. Inventory can be easily managed on this software and it plays an important role in keeping the user aware of the status of products present in the storage. Promotions can be easily and effectively managed on this software, playing an important role in maintaining the right atmosphere in the working environment. Support is provided via the relevant team on business hours to deal with queries on the user end.

What do you dislike?

The software is inaccessible to a decent number of people. Email marketing cannot be done on this software making the task more hectic and time taking. Crm features aren't provided by the software, making the user look for alternatives to get the deal done which is troublesome to quite an extent.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The software plays its due role diligently and effectively in improving the output of the system it is working on.
