What do you like best?

the flexibility, the ease of deployment and partner collaboration. We are in frequent contact with our colleagues from Cloudbees and get a lot of support. They are also extremely open to feedback and constantly trying to improve. As far of the product, we get a stable and very reliable deployment.

What do you dislike?

we have no downside to our implementation of Cloudbees. We are looking forward to move to a SaaS based implementation to reduce our maintenance efforts and enable a hybrid cloud CI/CD pipeline.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We used to run multiple Jenkins opensource instances, with CloudBees we can make that process much easier to our Software Developers and maintain a good level of control that allows for compliance and security to be in place
