What do you like best?
Ambra is extremely user-friendly. Images are easy to upload, share, and view. Navigating through trials, subjects, and imaging is simple and presented in a clean fashion. It is also easy to sort the uploads according to study, patient, and date of upload to improve viewing. Reports are also easy to find and view. Additionally, Ambra will send notifications via email when items are uploaded, ensuring that all communications are seen by both parties. For these reasons, PACS and Diagnostic Viewer provides an easy and fast solution to sharing imaging between study sponsors and participating sites.
What do you dislike?
Ambra PACS and Diagnostic Viewer could benefit from allowing an upload to be named for easy and clear organization. Uploads can be identified by the upload date, but giving an upload a specific name for a follow up or a patient (for example) would improve the organization of previous uploads in the system. This would also be valuable when finding and organizing uploads as they could be organized by name.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are easily able to communicate and share patient imaging between our site and the study sponsor. This is simple and convenient, and it eliminates the need to send hard copy CDs between the site and sponsor, increasing communication speed. It gives us one convenient place to view all imaging rather than needing to change a CD every time we switch imaging. Lastly, it provides one location for efficient communication.
