Advanced user of Cloud CMACloud CMA is great for CMA's and showing potential clients comps in determining their home values.
They do not keep their word on free trials. I tried a free trial for the Tom Ferry add on pages. I was told I would be billed after 30 days if I did not cancel but would get a reminder email before I was billed. I never got the reminder and was charged for the add on. I had planned on canceling once I got the reminder as I didn't feel that I would use it. Upon contacting support they refused to budge. I realize a lot of people will find the add on beneficial but be aware of the end of the 30 day period in case you do not wish to keep it.
The Cloud CMA itself is a great tool to have for clients.
