This is a great opportunity to use less paper, have fewer payroll errors, and increase accountability around recording and submitting hours. Partner that with the ability to track required certificates and ensure HR documents are up to date, and you have a HR power tool for senior living.
The onboarding and training experience was great and the developers really listen to the needs of the end user.
What do you dislike?
Not much; I look forward to seeing this application grow and expand.

Increasing accuracy, accountability, and ability to track HR requirements. This has replaced the manual process which means more time to carry out the actual mission of the company.
