What do you like best?

I like how easy it is to create work orders for my maintenance, custodial, or grounds crew teams. I feel this increases productivity in our company. I simply fill out the work order, print it out to the proper team, and then the technicians, janitorial, or landscapers start that test. That team approve the work order and closes it out

What do you dislike?

There was a time when we had to update to the latest version and for the first few weeks we had many issues that needed resolved. It kept us from signing in at times and kept us from printing documents at times. But once those issues were resolved I have not had a problem since

I would definitely recommend this product. I have used many work order software programs in the past but this one is the best by far

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are increasing productivity. Or maintenance and custodial staff can perform their tasks faster. The software helps in getting rid of spreadsheets. All the info you need is right in one place. More than one company can utilize this software
