Very user friendly. Excellent support!

What do you like best?

Not only user friendly, but those who developed this software have also supported the applications in SAP. They know the pain points users faced and made every attempt to address them, simplifying the user navigation and number of steps necessary to complete a task. Ease of use not only day to day operation, but maintaining the application. Clear goes above and beyond giving support if/when needed.

What do you dislike?

Nothing. I am not an end-user, but have heard no complaints from the end users. Just wish our company would implement the cloud version.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Highly recommended. Great team to work with. Sales force is knowledgeable and accessible. They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Ease of use. End users are better able to do their jobs with less hand holding. Which requires far less of our time supporting the application. A win on both sides.
