Advanced user of ClearviewClearview lets us easily view accounts, invoices, locations, and run reports. Invoice approval works great and I really like the ability to view account variations. It shows 1 and 6 month variations by dollar amount and percentage which makes it easy for our approval process to spot what needs further review.
The interface could use more customization options like modifying headers to show site names in the invoice approval area. The interface as a whole feels a little dated looking, but works wonderfully.
Valicom and Clearview are a wonderful combination and I would absolutely recommend them. Clearview is being developed and improved so our needs are always being met.
Easy visibility of billing variations and approving invoices. We also follow billing trends and identify accounts to reduce spend.
