What do you like best?
Tough to choose even a single feature that I like, since there are so many products out there that do the same and work better. The social aspects are confusing. If a message is posted, it is difficult to find. Their communities feature is cumbersome and doesn't feel intuitive.
What do you dislike?
Everything. Navigation is cumbersome, the UI is visually unappealing and frustrating to navigate, it is glitchy, and there are restrictions that are confounding (e.g. file sizes are limited therefore we are unable to upload HD video files).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This product feels like it was developed in the early 2000s and has never evolved. Beyond Clearvale, our organization is a client of Broadvision's with other products, and their customer service is consistently slow or non-responsive across all of their solutions. I highly recommend avoiding this product and continue exploring elsewhere.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Clearvale is creating more problems. Because of the system's limitations, my team and I have started using a separate system that does many of the same things. Clearvale has been relegated to being more of a Digital Asset Management system, but a terribly poor one at that.
