What do you like best?
The UI is very clean and easy to use. Most items are easy to find and the system is easy to navigate through. Very straight forward and helpful.
What do you dislike?
Most of my issues with this product have to due with the accuracy of data that it pulls in from the integrated systems like NetSuite and Concur. Some items that are annual come in as monthly and other items don't come in at all and you have to do a good bit of manual work to get everything you need. The issue with that is if there is something you don't know about and it isn't showing in the system then you can't manage it properly which defeats the purpose of this product.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The problems we are solving for are managing all of our SaaS product within our company. Cleanshelf allows you to see what is being paid for by your company as well as software that is being expensed. The benefit is that you can clean up extra licenses that you don't need and also kill off redundant software that isn't needed.
