Lots of issues

What do you like best?

I am not pleased with the product overall but I don't have a say in the matter. It is a corporate level decision. So I guess, Its easy to update when needed.

What do you dislike?

Many days it just doesn't work. You have to uninstall and reinstall frequently. Also have to delete "cookies" often to keep it going.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Look into all options before making a selection.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Several of our "billing" programs use Citrix.
