What do you like best?

the analysis for facebook is great! definitely the most helpful analytical tool on the site as far as monitoring your social sites.

What do you dislike?

circlecount can be hard to utilize across several users. I don't personally find it to be terribly versatile from a team perspective.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I find it to be most effective for facebook analytics. I think there are several other software that are more helpful in terms of overall effectiveness for monitoring insights across several social media platforms, but if you are specifically looking to dig into your facebook insights, circlecount is a great tool to do so!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

again, the most beneficial part of circlecount has been the facebook analytics. being able to track each specific response to any content has been fantastic, whether it be a like or a share or any sort of emotive reaction.
