Serious bit of kit and great support team

What do you like best?

The support we have received through onboarding and setup has been fantastic. There are great self-learn resources but they are also super fast to come back with answers to specific questions and happy to help with everything we have asked. We were seeing value really quickly after sign up.

The software is comprehensive, we are only beginning to touch the tip of the iceberg in terms of capability but it is already making a huge difference to our rapidly scaling success team.

We are so pleased we implemented this when we did - absolute livesaver!

What do you dislike?

It is a big financial commitment, we expect to see ROI on it, but it is nevertheless a lot of money for software.

It would be good to be able to start automatons using account/contact filters directly, without having to create segments, as we have sooooo many segments it gets a little confusing looking at them all!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Massive time savings on how long we need to dedicate to each client set up and monitoring - allows us to scale and add customers without adding to our CS team. This allows us to keep the cost of our product low to help the social care sector. Clients can no longer 'fall through the cracks' - the automation is just fantastic.
