I really enjoyed the breakdown of the metrics available.

It's not as intuitive as it could be. Also, adding a couple more options for metrics could be helpful.

Sometimes in the religious realm it's difficult to quantify experiences. CI helps address that problem by providing numbers to display the impact that the ministry is having.
