What do you like best?

I love the fast customer service, the savings stash, mobile check upload, and the easy to use app. And that I opened my chime account with phone while laying in bed.

What do you dislike?

I didn't receive notifications or reminders when my spending amount was low or tapped out. I have a bmhabit of stashing everything in the savings stash and I would put a certain amount in spending and forget to move money from savings to spending. So I got declined often and have to go move my money to spending right there in the check out line. The good thing is there was no overdraft fees because there was no over drafts and it only took a minute to login in the app and move some money to spending. The catch to that is as long as your phone has data or wifi then it's simple as taking a moment to login into the app on your phone

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Solving my over spending problem. You can only spend what you put into your spending. Once you spend that amount then that's it unless you move money from savings stash to spending then your card will decline when you try to use it. There is no overdraft or overdraft fees.
