Advanced user of CHEMCADChemCAD allows you to simulate real life processes. It is the most accurate software I have used and has many many capabilities to lay out processes.
There is a moderate learning curve. It is difficult to run a simulation if things are not perfectly set up.
It has allowed for in-depth situations of pilot processes. It helps determine how much product will be made.
