Advanced user of CG4Customer service and support. Staff at CG4 assisted with all aspects of the integration to include user training and successful uploads of scan data from CG4. When issues are identified, the staff at CG4 will delegate the issue to staff member responsible and it will be resolved via email or direct phone call response in a reasonable time-frame.
Remote training. This is a personal preference only. The software industry is now able to conduct training remotely and screen shots and "Webex" technology allow for customer support remotely now. CG4 staff are proactive and available remotely but I had expected a member to assist initially in person.
Do not be shy about asking questions. CG4 has staff in all areas who can assist with questions on multiple topics.
Inventory scan history. CG4 legacy information from previous inventory scan data will allow me to identify the person performing the scan and the date of the scan. This detailed information is not maintained in the Oracle Peoplesoft application that the CG4 scans are uploaded into.
