What do you like best?

The software and interface is so user friendly that the learning curve is basically non existent for anyone who has operated a smart phone. It has all the needed functionality without being clunky.

What do you dislike?

The software does not integrate with iOS. This is by far the largest drawback. Do not purchase this software if your facility is already set up with Apple products. Also, I could see the system being annoying for very large facilities. It is great for smaller bed facilities but may be too cumbersome for large bed practices.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Better documentation of resident care to do ease of point of care entry. Charting is more detailed and better organized. Nurses and care staff have more time to provide detailed notes because the software is easy to navigate and smooth.
