What do you like best?

I really like the citator and the document tray. Additionally, it is really easy to copy links to tax code, etc. so I can send the links to superiors for their review when I make taxability decisions.

What do you dislike?

It took me a few months to become comfortable with using CCH. There is definitely a learning curve, but once you get used to it, you want to use it more.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Don't give up on CCH. The research software is much easier to use the more you use it and get used to it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have been able to find taxability decisions state by state for various kinds of purchases easily and quickly. This cuts down on my research time and allows me to spend more time doing more important things such as analysis.
