What do you like best?

This software is very user friendly. The menus are set up with easy to read buttons and there are multiple places to store the information you aquire from your clients.

What do you dislike?

It can run sluggish if too many people are running the same reports and sometimes information input will not save the first time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This helps with keeping track of people who are in debt and keeping logs of who we contacted, when and what the outcome was.
