Still learning Healthwyse but there seems room for improvement already.

What do you like best?

- That there is a filter to sort discharged patients.

What do you dislike?

- The filter for “PRIMARY only” shows discharged patients.

- Can't see WHO entered medications.

- Can't see history of VFOs on my side. I will only be able to see that a VFO for this week is in play 2/week. But when i look at the 5 day schedule or try to pull a second visit by clicking “GO” later that week none willl populate. My supervisor is able to pull up on his/her desktop the history and see that VFOs were changed or made oddly such that the visit was already used a different week. Maybe I do not understand because i am still new to Healthwyse but none of the other nurses were able to help me sort this problem, only my supervisor.

- That my iPad Healthwyse must SYNC to view a patient chart.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Consider the things you use frequently and how HealthWyse functions in that respect such as the length of time to look up a patient on an iPad platform.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

- Efficiency. We rotate on call. Meaning a patient will call and I have to look them up. However, in order to do so I must search then sync. This SYNC takes a long time and is difficult to explain to patients, families. It's like please stay calm and on the phone while you have tremendous pain while I try to learn anything about you...
