Easy to track current shipment progress. Lots of options for accurate quoting.

Once in a blue moon the system is unavailable, however, any error is typically fixed very promptly and our process isn't negatively impacted.

Having the ability to tracking current shipments and request freight quotes for potential shipments in one place is very convenient. Carrierrate is easy to use and train others to use.
