Like when you type a particular skill you are looking for it automatically includes all the possible probability of that specific skill which includes short form, skills that comes under that skill group, and writing styles for ex: when you type NoSQL, it will include MongoDB, Cassandra etc. another ex: is when you type full stack it considers all writing type like full-stack, fullstack, full stack and full/stack.
The layout of the job board is is not easily accessible. Also you dont find candidates of all IT skills.
its is 2nd best job poortal so i will recommend it.
