What do you like best?

The quick and helpful team that is always available to help. If I am unsure of something I receive an answer within 15 minutes and always have support even if my main point of contact is not available.

The system is easy to use and keep up to date with all required information.

What do you dislike?

Nothing. I personally have had a great experience with CarData. I, however am not a user, but have loved the ease of the administration of CarData.

As an administator, it would be nice to have more access to user training or something along those lines so I am able to assist in house users instead of having to reach out for support whenever an issue arises.

I am requested often to help out new users on understanding the process (which CarData is GREAT at doing), but without having access to this infromation myself, I am unable to help out most of the time.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Great support and ease of use. Any issues that have been ran into have been corrected/ addressed quickly.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Streamlined and easy handling of employee mileage. Less time spent ensuring things are being correctly accounted for by individual employees. Less time spent by the expense team trying to calculate correct mileage rates and keeping track of individuals mileage.
