Canopy Practice Management

What do you like best?

I like that Canopy combines practice management and CRM software in one program. The software is easy to use and they provide helpful videos if one needs help learning a topic. I also like the tax transcript feature that is part of the software. It is easier to pull IRS transcripts and link the documents to the client's profile. The software was also easy to implement and use.

What do you dislike?

The things I would like to see as added features are; 1) the ability to add a client at the same time as adding a new task and 2) the ability to rearrange columns on the task menu dashboard, 3) I would like to be able to rearrange tasks order in the templates that I have created

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would definitely recommend Canopy Tax Practice Management software. One should definitely take advantage of the templates avaiable.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am able to keep contact information and documents & notes about client meetings, phone calls and track client email history all in one place. Overall client organization and management. The software also sends email reminders of tasks that need to be completed.
