Innovative Tool for Campaigns
What do you like best?
Working with the team to solve technical challenges to create a calling tool that would allow us to call more of the electorate in a compliant manner. The team here is smart and always looking to make improvements, whether that is to fix a minor bug or find a way to safeguard accounts from bad actors.
What do you dislike?
With all technology like this, there will be bugs and snafus along the way. I like that during peak election times they adapted to expand hours for support. And they promptly responded to support requests. Sometimes the perceived problems were a function of not understanding how things work and other times it took a little convincing that there was indeed an issue, but I've found this to be true with every vendor I've ever worked with.
I do wish the pricing was more transparent on the website and that there was a way to be notified of pricing changes. That came as an unpleasant surprise in the middle of a major campaign season. But we worked together to address it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Initially it was a way to reach lots of low propensity voters quickly. But we both realized along the way that using a predictive dialer allowed us to dial quickly but we couldn't reach a large portion of the universe we wanted to talk to for compliance reasons. So we had to work together and quickly innovate a tool that would allow us to call more of our universe in a fully compliant manner. And that was done quickly. I consider the solution a great start with lots of potential for future improvements!
FYI, the next question below didn't have a great response for how we used CallHub. I chose "Proactive Notification" but we used the Call Center Campaign Clicker Dialer feature. We do not do any marketing.
