What do you like best?

CallerReady allows a lot of customizations in the way of how calls are made as well as the ability to put a script in the database that you're specifically calling on.

What do you dislike?

Even at the highest paid level, some of the templates that I would want to be able to make adjustments to don't allow me to do so. That ends up leaving me having to utilize something outside of the software itsself like a Microsoft office program to read a script from instead of being able to use the pre-loaded script online.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were able to drastically decrease the amount of time that was spent in between calls; thereby increasing our dials per hour and ultimately our target audience reached.
