Great software for community associations

What do you like best?

I like having the ability to have multiple reports and options for accounts. I love the notes feature and being able to easily access accounts in seconds.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that some reports are not user friendly as they don't convert to excel in a presentable manner.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Having the ability to have all information of associations allows me to work remotely as well as access information easily when I am at meetings.
