What do you like best?

Wire offers the possibility of being able to communicate securely, allowing images, audio, video, calls to be shared and no file or to be left out of Wire since it has ent-to-end encryption. The interface both on the web, and for Windows, Mac, Android and Iphone is very easy and simple to use, allowing the user to start chat with simple steps. I can manage different Teams and thus be able to manage contacts very easily and know who you are chatting with if it is large groups in a chat.

What do you dislike?

The interface is really simple, it literaly lacks many functions that allow full communication with the work team. The connection with Wire is very slow, so much so that to change the profile picture or send any type of file it takes longer than normal. It practically does not integrate with any other application, making this a great disadvantage since there are many more platform that do that job better.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

What helped us the most this platform is to be able to communicate safely when it come to very important information, but the rest has not been able to cover all the required needs since Wire is really simple and lacks many tools.
