What do you like best?

It was a nice tool to use for creating a quiz and collecting leads, but the outrageous claims to remain active made me leave

What do you dislike?

The fact I joined the app for $99/month and my credit card was hacked and I forgot to update my card on file for their software. I was sent an email being threatened with a $2000 to initiate my account again fee and I'd have to pay $199-$297/mo if I wanted to keep my account.

1) I was an early adopter of your software and bought in at the beta and that's how you treat clients.

2) When I said your customer client was crap sending threatening emails to pay huge fines to keep me as a client is something I've never seen any SaaS company do in my entire life

3) With that said I hope more come forward from the private group we're in I know i'm not the only one with a bitter taste in their mouth after dealing with their "Stellar customer service"

You can do a lot more with other apps that I've now since found in less then a few hours of searching online that are a fraction of their normal price.

Stay away from anything Bucket.io or anything that has Ryan Levesque name attached to it.

The sad part is I went from raving fan of their work to disgruntled customer in 1 email and their "customer care team" responded with so you want us to cancel the account.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

They have Zero customer empathy or support they only care about your initial payment for whatever their "coaching program" is and after that they could care less about you unless you're ready to pay another thousands of dollars on a monthly basis

I was using it to filter my leads, but have now moved on.
