What do you like best?
The performance management module is a game changer in my opinion: throughout my career I've noticed that companies performance process is lengthy, clunky and leaves room for bias. BrioHR performance managemnt module address these points: it's smartly designed for both the employees and managers, has a user-friendly interface, and is configurable. It benefits all in terms of time saved on this administrative but essential HR activity: the employee, the manager and ultimately the employer.
What do you dislike?
I haven't found any downside using BrioHR. On the contrary, this company has designed HR processes holistically, addressing some of the biggest pain points stemming from HR activities in the industry today.
It has delivered beyond expectations and should benefit many organisations.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I think there are many benefits from an employer's standpoint: employee satisfaction is probably the biggest one that comes to mind. It is achieved through the simplification of HR tasks, the improved Turn Around Time in Onboarding & Payroll, the user-friendly interface, the capacity to view informative data through reports.
