What do you like best?

With Brilliant Directories, it's very easy to get a directory business up running very quickly. It has so many templates to choose from to suit your business needs.

There are so many ways you can customize your site. From the colors to fonts etc... Also, I believe that its very SEO friendly for not just me the admin but other businesses who list their business on the site.

Looks very professional.

What do you dislike?

Few things I don't like.

1. Brilliant Directories hosts your websites for you. I would've liked to host my sites on my own servers.

2. Some of the VIP add-ons could've been given on the frontend for free. Just simple things like social logins should've been free.

3. Nothing to help retain your users. Something like a built-in customer loyalty program would be really helpful to keep users coming back.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If your looking for straight out of the box directory business solution, then Brilliant Directories is for you. Once you've gone through the main settings which should take you a day you'd be ready to showcase your site. There are tons video tutorials on Brilliant Directories YouTube channel and inside the customer forum.

Brilliant Directories is built on Bootstrap 4 which you able to customize to whatever you want.

Also, they have a LinkedIn group and few Facebook groups where you can get help from other Brilliant Directories owners.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With Brilliant Directories, there's not much messing around with code. Straight out of the box business model.
