What do you like best?
The Bridge Connector Team has demonstrated, on multiple levels, that they were the right choice for ILH. Bridge Connector clearly has expertise regarding data integration- this is undisputed. However, what has truly set them apart from other vendor organizations is the hyper-vigilant approach in ensuring value is being delivered across all facets of our organization; sales, services and technical. It was evident prior to entering into a Business Relationship with Bridge Connector that they were a good partner, thus the transition to Business Associate was the logical next step.
What do you dislike?
It would be helpful to have more documentation on best practices on engagement to share with Customer Facing teams, as well as Case Studies that apply to our core customer base; Large Hospitals and IDNs.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Discrete Data Integration. The relationship with Bridge Connector is new, but having the ability to send discrete data back to Electronic Health Systems is pertinent in our go-to-market strategy as well as ensuring accurate information is shared across disparate systems within the full care continuum.
