What do you like best?
1) all-in-one - you don't need a "crazy" synchronization map between PIM-DAM-content distribution-online shelf tracking-KPI dashboard and etc,
2) end-to-end transparency for the full "content" workflow in the organization. Do you have an incorrect image or product name at eRetailer? Via BQ you can clearly check end-to-end picture: internal product card - content updateupload with date, version and user, approver with date&user and content syndication with date&user. The same for the innovations, relaunches and any product information changes
3) on-going improvement of the tool since the first use of BQ in 2016 at Unilever
What do you dislike?
eCommerce as dynamic channel + BQ as IT tool = ongoing improvement from both sides (BQ as a tool and business as a customer of this tool). BQ client and analytics teams carefully analyzed all "dislike" feedback and returned to you with a reasonable answer for your "business need".
