Advanced user of BrandMailBrandMail provide us consistency of message when it comes to eMail communications from the organisation. We are bound by various reasonably new regulations. In particular the GDPR, and in South Africa the Protection of Private Information Act (POPIA). The email templates (i.e. pre-loaded and populated responses etc) ensure that our staff are sending the right types of communications for the relevant audience, efficiently and seamlessly. The banners, signature design and various marketing materials are super-professional and provide us with a very good platform which all users utilise daily.
We have not had any features presented to us which we have disliked.
With BrandMail, ManpowerGroup South Africa can ensure seamless consistency of message; ease of use etc. As an example, our Business Development department has all relevant documentation preloaded into the platform ensuring that they don't have to troll through numerous folders looking for service offerings & statutory and regulatory information. A click of the button enables these documents to be attached to eMails along with the necessary documentation. And all this making our communications look cool as well.
