Brainier LMS Reviews

Advanced user of Brainier LMS
★★★★★
Do you research; when presenting LMS options to my supervisor Brainier was my Best Option

What do you like best?

The user interface, innovations, and the staff listen and support their clients.

What do you dislike?

Our only hiccup is integration. We want to find a one-stop-shop platform that can support payroll, prehire assessments/paperwork and an LMS for our employees.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Do your research and narrow it down to 3 choices: Good, Better, and Best. Brainier was my BEST choice. I'm very detail-oriented. I took into account the knowledge and professionalism of the sales rep, the product itself (demonstration), and the price per user. I find most beneficial is that you will have 3 points of support: the Sales Rep, the Project Manager (helps you build), and the Support team. They are proactive! I did not have experience as an LMS administrator, and knowing I was not alone in the implementation process was such a relief! Their professionalism and forward-thinking is brilliant!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The onboarding process is in revision, employee evaluations/e-sign offs, Reporting, Virtual training vs. In-Person (zoom integration)
