Great Customer Service, Good Product
What do you like best?
I like the fact that this is a web based service, not a server based. It's been able to make our operations much faster.
What do you dislike?
I don't like that there are different numbers for every process of an order. For instance Quotes, Sales Orders, Invoices, Shipping numbers are all different for one order. This can cause confusion to our end users when seeing multiple numbers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Brahmin has some work to be done on their software but they are actively listening to our requests and constantly making changes for us so we can efficiently do our job. Customer service is definitely above par.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are finding that Brahmin allows us to move quicker with the web based solution. As an added bonus we now know who edits what on an order and when. This way we can always track errors.
