What do you like best?

I like that it is super easy to create or edit a reservation, it's fairly self explanatory and walks you through the process.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that there are errors frequently, some of the features are difficult to understand, and the mobile version doesn't allow you the ability to edit bookings and is very limited.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Spend some time learning the ins and outs before you put into daily use. There are a lot of quirks.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is helpful to be able to use this system across the board at all our locations, so we are all using the same thing and we are able to help each other even when we are in a different state.
