Didn't make it past the demo and bailed for a better customer experience. Never got it working

What do you like best?

Not sure. The demo given by the CEO was disappointing and not very helpful. Casey seemed to be more annoyed that questions were being asked and seemed eager to get us off the phone.

What do you dislike?

The condescending tone of Casey (CEO) while attempting to answering questions. We attempted to use the chat feature on their website which was not helpful either.. Too many other competitors. We ended up going with Calendly. It was very easy and intuitive to use. We did not need assistance with install or config. It worked right out of the box.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

LinkedIn posting with the ability to book appointments via a link or button. Integration with Outlook Calendar and MS Teams.
