What do you like best?
BoardPaq is designed for Board members of all ages! Our Board age range is 40-80 years of age and this portal has proven to be user friendly.
What do you dislike?
I am trying to figure out how to do a new Board member orientation on BoardPaq, but so far, all I have been able to figure out is to upload a orientation slide deck to the library.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Watch the videos and read the how-to's. They're very helpful and they will save you some time trying to figure out things yourself.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am still trying to how to figure out how to do minutes. The benefits is the RSVP report because it holds everyone accountable about showing up to meetings. Since we have 40 Board members it is a nice way to upload documents for everyone to review without getting the "I didn't get that message" email when I know that I in fact sent them certain emails.
