8 point, because I have great experience just with Exponea. I don't know other Bloomreach services.

What do you like best?

The tool Exponea does a pretty good job and contains a lot of options (from email campaigns to web layers). I like that you have really many options in one tool, so you can join more steps together. Like creating scenarios, these are perfect. You track about customers step by step what you need and design the communication exactly in the right moment and right conditions. Or at least what you think these could be. :D

What do you dislike?

I don't know what to dislike because I don't know your entire portfolio. So maybe the fact that I don't have cognizance of all your services. :) But if it is quite the same, then I really have som big issue uising your tools.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

From my experience, it is an excellent tool for mail campaigns and A/B tests of all the parts of your web (from simple pop-ups to the whole landing page). You can easily set conditions for every communication you create. Also, the fact that it is an omnichannel tool is notable. When you target some customers with the campaign, you can continue with some push notification, SMS, or web layer on the website and vice versa.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The mail campaigns and A/B test through the whole web. It's easy to set and also to evaluate these are the most significant benefits. And what's even easier is connect these actions and learnings from them to even better communication.
