Advanced user of Blackbaud Target AnalyticsI loved the customization and how as a researcher I had so much capability to add or edit information that I have verified, every other product I have tried does not give me nearly enough freedom to do my own calculations and verification. I also loved that you can find the record for properties, business assets, etc that may not have shown up in a screening and add it to a constituents record.
I can't really think of anything, most of the issues initially were resolved with a setting change.
The ability to use researcher validated wealth information when calculating the rating. Loved the RE integration.
